Friday evening Rudy will guide you in an accessible and empowering introduction to yoga for your unique body, enjoying breath-connected movement to explore your pain-free range-of-motion.
Saturday morning you will discover that back bends can be safe and satisfying. In this workshop you will release the restriction of poor posture through a specific sequence that opens the chest, shoulders and back. Receive the joy of mastering supported back extensions that open the heart. Experience the progressive-stretch-deep-release approach, resolving deep-seated chronic tensions, strengthening energy-level, focus and stimulating your mood.
Saturday afternoon is deep-healing gentle yoga, designed to de-stress, nourish, and release unconsciously held “stuff.” Treat yourself to this layered approach, restoring resilience with a supported restorative pose. Next we’ll release stiffness and physical blockage with gentle yoga movement stimulating the nourishing flow of circulation and energy. Finally we’ll enter into the profound meditative experience of Yoga Nidra. While you completely relax, your attention will be guided throughout all the levels of your multi-dimensional being to release repressed, toxic experiences and beliefs from your subconscious realm.
The Sunday Teacher Training Module: Accessibility will give you what you need to make your Gentle Yoga classes challenging and engaging, smooth, slow, and delicious. Learn the unique Dynamic Gentle Yoga methods and techniques to satisfy varied levels of ability. When you attend this training day you will build your teaching skills with a Master Yoga Teacher Trainer. Join Rudy to discover how to create an encouraging and accessible class and be confident about what to include and what to leave out of your sequences.
